The questionnaire is what the Referee will complete about the candidate. Create as many questionnaires as you’d like so you can tailor it to each position. Select from a variety of answer types including Yes or No, Rating or Free Text.
To reference check a candidate simply add them into Weka Checker with their name and contact details and select the questionnaire you’d like to use. You decide how many referees the candidate must supply, it can be between one and ten.
The candidate will receive an email asking them to provide their referee’s details and it will send them reminders if they don’t complete it. The candidate can also log in and check the progress to see when the reference is complete but they won’t be able to see the questionnaire and answers.
An email is sent to the Referee and they click a link to complete the questionnaire. It will send them email reminders if they don’t complete it.
Once the referee has completed the questionnaire, you get an email notifying you it is complete. You can log in to view the report and see their answers. The questionnaire includes mandatory questions that both the candidate and reference will need to answer and you can compare their answers.
